It was a 10 hour drive which did not feel so long. Their was also a major crash which closed the road and delayed us a little however we became aware of it before we arrived so we stopped in a little town until the road was open and traffic cleared.

It was our first day in a tent which is a somewhat new experience for Jason. The tent itself is pretty large and can comfortably sleep two people and fit two rather large suitcases in it.
The days here have been quite relaxed which has been nice as previously we have been walking around 20km per day so we were pretty tired (Jason is hoping for a six pack from all the exercise). The people here are absolutely lovely and very trusting. If you do any activity they ask that you pay after the activity. We ordered coffee from a little cafe and found they didn’t take cards so they told us to sit and enjoy the morning and come back later in the day to pay. The Swiss are very trusting.

The village itself looks very much like a stereotypical Swiss town. The building we would describe as very Sound of Music. Everything is very well maintained and clean.
We walked through the town and behind a waterfall which kept us nice and cool. The days were meant to rain however have been sunny and 30 degrees instead.
An extra little bonus is that a James Bond movie was filmed where we are staying (Her Majesty’s Secret Service in case you are interested).

Once again here is another selection of pictures.
